Will Alliant continue to have a large ATM network that I can use?

Yes, Alliant will continue to offer more than 80,000 fee-free in-network ATMs nationwide. ATM fee reimbursements for members with checking accounts will continue – up to $20 per month in ATM fee rebates.

How can I take care of banking that I used to do with Alliant branches and ATMs?

We put together a helpful table that shows all of our banking capabilities. Everything you did at an Alliant branch or ATM – and more! – can be done through either Alliant online banking, our mobile banking app, a fee-free network ATM or by calling our Member Care Center.

How do I access Alliant Online Banking?

Go to Alliant Online Banking, click on “New User Setup” and follow the prompts to begin. Find out more about how to manage every aspect of your banking experience 24/7 with quick and secure Alliant Online Banking.

Do I have a mobile deposit limit?

Your current mobile deposit limit will appear below the amount field once you select an account in the Alliant mobile banking app. Your deposit limits can vary based on your eligible accounts. For more information, tap the “note” icon at the bottom of the deposit screen when in Alliant mobile banking.

Will Alliant be participating in shared branching now that the branches are closed?

Alliant will not be participating in shared branching. We will continue to invest in and evolve our digital capabilities ensuring we are still convenient for our members.

I need to meet with a financial consultant to talk about my retirement plan and investments. Will I still be able to meet with someone?

Yes, our financial consultants with Alliant Retirement and Investment Services will continue to be available to meet with you face-to-face, either virtually or in person.
