Official Rules for 2022 Alliant Member Scholarship Drawing
Alliant Credit Union members enrolled in an accredited post-secondary educational institution or program for the 2022–2023 school year are eligible to enter the drawing. In order to enter the drawing, you must be a current Alliant member in good standing and complete the official entry form on https://ww2.alliantcreditunion.org/scholarship-2022. A total of eight winners – three winners who joined Alliant through United Airlines, two winners who joined through another select employer group (SEG) or their community, and three winners who joined through membership in Foster Care to Success – will be chosen at random using Random.org. Each winner will receive a $2,000 deposit to their Share 01 Alliant Savings Account.

Winners will be selected and notified by email on or around Aug. 1, 2022. Upon notification, selected winners will have 72 hours to respond and acknowledge acceptance in order to receive their prize. If the winner fails to contact Alliant within such time, another winner will be chosen at random. The winner has 21 days after receiving notice of award to provide proof of enrollment in an accredited post-secondary educational institution or program (including four-year college, university, community college or trade school) for the 2022–2023 school year, and sign and return W9 and Release & Acceptance of Prize forms to claim the prize.

Any one of the following documents is considered acceptable proof of enrollment:

A transcript or course list showing the courses they are enrolled in for dates that include the 2022–2023 school year.
A scanned copy of their student identification card demonstrating that they will be enrolled for the 2022–2023 school year.
A letter from their college student affairs or admissions office stating that they are enrolled as a student for the 2022–2023 school year.
Proof that they have accepted an offer to attend an accredited college or university for the 2022–2023 school year. They must not only include an acceptance offer letter, but also show proof that they have accepted the offer. .

No purchase necessary to enter or win. Purchase will not improve chances of winning. Void where prohibited. One entry per person. Drawing is not transferable and the contest is only open from 12:00 a.m. CT April 18, 2022, to 11:59 p.m. CT July 15, 2022. Must be an Alliant Credit Union member in good standing, 18 or older, a legal U.S. Resident or U.S. Person (including a U.S. Resident Alien) and attending an accredited post-secondary educational institution or program for the 2022–2023 school year to be eligible to enter. Alliant employees, members of its Board of Directors, and their family members of the same household are not eligible to participate. Alliant reserves the right to cancel the drawing and/or substitute a prize of equal value. Odds of winning depend on the number of entrants. Winner is responsible for any tax liability. Any false or misleading information submitted on the entry form will lead to disqualification without notification to the entrant. This contest is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and governed by Illinois law. Contest is sponsored by Alliant Credit Union, 11545 W. Touhy Ave., Chicago, IL 60666.
